Pro5) and non-legacy SoC. Rename uniphier_pcie_init_ep() to uniphier_pcie_init_ep_legacy() for initializing PCIe controller implemented in legacy SoC, add new uniphier_pcie_init_ep() and uniphier_pcie_wait_ep() for non-legacy SoC in the same method as pcie-uniphier driver.
