Previous commits (in particular "Create CPUs once in MPCore parent")
allowed creating the MPCore private container vCPUs within the
container. We don't need to call qemu_get_cpu(), which is unsafe in
hegerogeneous context.
Directly access the CortexMPPrivState::cpu array.
