[07/10] hw/arm/realview: Move 'mpcore_periphbase' to RealviewMachineClass

Instead of having each machine instance resolve whether it is
MPCORE based and its peripheral base address, set it once in
their class_init() handler.

hwaddr periphbase = rmc->mpcore_periphbase;
bool is_mpcore = periphbase != 0;

would be cleaner and require fewer changes.
