Move VFIOPCIDevice fd field there. Obviously other fields from VFIOPCIDevice will be moved there but this patch file is introduced to ease the review. Also vfio_mask_single_irqindex, vfio_unmask_single_irqindex, vfio_disable_irqindex now take a VFIODevice handle as argument.
