Fix WoWLAN function that originally access NULL pointer and failed to read firmware state. Also, report the WoWLAN reason to user via mac80211. v2: Add patch 3/5 that builds wow.c only if CONFIG_PM is on. Otherwise, patch 4/5 leads undefined reference.
