So, remove it entirely and move every usage to !CONFIG_BASE_FULL: Since CONFIG_BASE_FULL is a type bool config, CONFIG_BASE_SMALL == 0 becomes IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_BASE_FULL) and CONFIG_BASE_SMALL != 0 becomes !IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_BASE_FULL).
