This patch adds documentation of device-tree bindings for the
Gateworks System Controller (GSC).

 - move to using pwm<n>_auto_point<m>_{pwm,temp} for FAN PWM
 - remove unncessary resolution/scaling properties for ADCs
 - update to yaml
 - remove watchdog
