For example, lets say for some reason some other modules like the DSI want to register for the VSYNC interrupt, it can register for a callback and that will get added to the callback list. We dont have a concrete use-case where we will need this in the future but like many other things, we cannot tell for certain. Since there is no concrete use-case where we might need this, if you would like to go ahead with this, please do.
