[PULL,04/20] target/mips: Pass page table entry size as MemOp to get_pte()

In order to simplify the next commit, pass the PTE size as MemOp.

Rename:

  native_shift -> native_op
  directory_shift -> directory_mop
  leaf_shift -> leaf_mop
