Bus mice use specialized bus interface implemented via an ISA add-in cards. They were superseded by PS/2 and later USB. Kconfig entry for the Logitech bus mice states that they "are rather rare these days". This statement was true in 2002 and is no less true in 2024. Remove the driver.
