Leaving core clocks in resources and moving vcodec clocks to other places makes it less readable. Currently the infrastructure is set up for vast expandability, but it's far too complex for what is just 0-2 clocks. Categorize the clocks and simplify their getting. One notable change is that vcodec clocks are switched to use devm_clk_get_optional, which will let us commonize the code further while leaving the burden of figuring out which SoCs need codec-specific clocks and which don't to the bindings checker.
