Both chips have a configuration register to enable additional
features. These features aren't enabled by default & its up to
board designer to enable the same.

Add booleans for:
 - maxim,isolate-stuck-channel
 - maxim,send-flush-out-sequence
 - maxim,preconnection-wiggle-test-enable
