Enable QCOM_MINIDUMP_SMEM backend driver which automatically selects QCOM_MINIDUMP core for its functionality to work. While at it, also enable clients of minidump driver which is QCOM_PSTORE_MINIDUMP that uses PSTORE_RAM and PSTORE_CONSOLE to capture console logs into minidump.
