Changes in v11:
- Rename Documentation/i2c/muxes/i2c-atr.rst to Documentation/i2c/i2c-address-translators.rst
- Change documentation according to reviews
- Minor fixes for the issues reported in reviews
- Rename i2c_atr_cli2alias_pair to i2c_atr_alias_pair
- Added Documentation/devicetree/bindings/i2c/i2c-atr.yaml
- i2c-alias-pool is now handled in i2c-atr. i2c-atr reads the pool from
  DT and manages the reservation of aliases.
