Commit 6c846d026d490 ("gpio: Don't fiddle with irqchips marked as
immutable") added a warning for irqchips that are not marked with
IRQCHIP_IMMUTABLE.

Convert the pinctrl-wpcm450 driver to an immutable irqchip.
