Add support for the LiteX SD-Card device, LiteSDCard.

LiteSDCard is a simple SD-Card interface available as part of the LiteX
environment, used with various RISC-V and other FPGA based SoCs.

Please don't ping during the merge window, unless it's a fix.

Although, as I have already started to prepare for applying a slew of
patches, I can let you know that this series is going to be applied on
Monday, when rc1 is out.
